Back at you, Prithi -- may it be filled with all good and no bad.
BTW -- since you're the movie guru and all -- my daughter got FANAA and KABHI ALVIDA NAA KEHNA for Christmas and we watched them these last lazy days before school begins. I have to say I was a little disapointed -- SRK didn't dance one step (!), and FANAA was pretty heavy stuff. Both movies kept our attention, no problem, but the happy endings we're used to were a little lacking.
What about that movie where SRK is a ghost -- is that a good one? 'Cause I think I'll get that one next, and PRAY that "the" man does a little more dancing!
Hey HP, Thanks ! Wish you the same ! Is that a new blog again ?
Thanks Lotus, Wish you the same :)
Hey Becky, Ya Fanaa was heavy & KANK was only about dialoges & all. Could focus on them only because it was in a cinema hall and there was nowhere to escape. Now that you mention it, even I don't recollect him dancing in recent times.
Maybe you should check out Don (haven't seen it though). 'Pan Banaraswala' & 'Aaj ki Raat' songs do have some steps. And Hrithik dances a lot :) in Dhoom 2 (haven't seen this either - so much for being a 'movie guru' :D). Hey I don't know any movie of SRK as ghost ... Atleast not yet.
PAHELI -- that's the name of the one with SRK as a ghost. It was released in 2005 (sorry -- my only way of seeing Indian flicks is to buy them online, and sometimes, they are so passe by the time they are released to DVD). On the cover of the DVD, he is wearing a huge turban on his head and sporting a not-so-attractive moustache -- but the movie's story sounds fun -- have you seen it? If so, thumbs up, or thumbs down?
And I am just as happy to watch Hrithik dance... though SRK still holds the place of honor in my heart! :) So I will check out DHOOM 2. I bought my best friend KRISH for Christmas (she feels about Hrithik the way I do about King Khan) and she says it is good, I so I will be going over to her house soon to watch it with her. Have you seen it yet?
